The Mission

To educate and empower young men (Ages 9-18) to reach their fullest potential through mentoring and etiquette practices within at risk communities.

The Vision

By tapping into local schools and communities,  Black Tie Mentoring and Young Gentleman’s Group (known hereinafter Y.G.G) seeks to maximize school and community relationships to identify, engage, and inspire young men who need a mentoring relationship to enhance their personal social development. Black Tie Y.G.G. looks to not only develop these young men to withstand the peer pressures found in at risk communities, but it also looks to plant expectations and goals for these young men to have a major impact in the world.
